Welcome to Black Swan Reflections!
This is an Autumn inspired tryptic, or three to a collection. Designers recommend using pieces in odd numbers, hence three...
This is a favorite of techniques by Jerine. Adding glass to a copper covered board and using decorative soldering is a great mix of materials. Notice the striped glass in the upper section. It is a cut left-over from glass blowing.
These napkin rings hearken back to a day when sitting together at the dinner table was the norm. If you still like to add a bit of flair to your dinner. Have you considered even using paper napkins to keep it more casual???
This is another of the decorative solder pieces. This adds several elements together. There is fused glass, head glass (the first off of the manufacturing table), Rondelles (the round spun glass) and finally beads as an accent.
Another engineering marvel. How does that glass stay upright?
This is Jerine's favorite. The blending of Rondelles and their flow is unique. The largest of the Rondelles is sitting off the surface, so the light shines through it giving an amazing look and feel.
